Many of you have probably seen and read the comments made by users on youtube and elsewhere about their views on what they think the Rehab logo(or symbol) means. Don't know what I'm talking about? his symbol is 3 r's. Rehab Restoration Redemption. he said it at his concert. so no hes not a satan worshiper or whatever.
ReplyDeleteI dont get you guys. how does that even slightly look like 666? Stop just looking at little things and becoming paranoid over them. Seriously! Do you guys just sit there trying to put people like lecrae down, people that preach the lord? wow!
ReplyDeletepor que son 3 y no 4 por por que
ReplyDeletethey are 3 and No. 4 by because
ReplyDeletewhat do you mean... "knowing what THAT represents.... I would steer clear of anything resembling it for a design..."? Do you know what that, as a Christian, represents? To Christians, the Triquetra represents the union in Trinity... The Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit. Tell me why again Christians should steer away from this design again?
ReplyDeleteSorry, just getting annoyed at people causing a commotion out of nothing. This dude LOVES God.
Dude... How can anyone see the mark of the beast here...
ReplyDeleteDid u even watch the video?
wowowowowowowowowo................... before u start judging, u have to remember something, GOD is the only JUDGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! while it is true that satan quoted verses from the Bible, he did not use it to Glorify God, while Lecrae DOES. Obviously, the situation here says that u have obviously have not listened to any of his songs, and if u did, u listened to it with a blind mind and heart. In many of his songs, he uses verses to convince people that CHRIST is the way, and encourages them to REPENT and turn to JESUS. What kind of devil, false prophet would this be if he done dat. oh yeah, cuz i can honestly see satan trying to bring people to God, and going on mission trips to help the poor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! nooooooooooootttt, thats what u obviously seeeeeeeee. Listen to his song called "TRUTH" and see what an "evil" person he is. And have u met him personally to know his actions/behaviors, anyways, thats not ur part to judge. And honestly, calm it down with the conforming to the world, seriously, accepting an award is conforming to the world???????? does not everyone get some sort of award at 1 point in their lives!???????? Thats not worldly, someone with a true of Christ would not see it this way, only satan can cloud ones thoughts in this way........... done. Before u read your Bible, question yourself, and ask, is this what the Holy Spirit would lead me to say, with the proof right in front of my eyes. You can't judge a book by its cover
ReplyDeleteOk, first off, many Christian logos have been slightly changed to represent Satanic things. The symbol of the trinity, the cross turned upside down, etc... Look at the fruit Jesus said. We can't judge his intentions, he might not be saved, we don't know because we can't judge the heart. We can only judge the fruit of what he does. People tried to tear down Paul's message as well. Listening to his music makes me want to glorify God.
ReplyDeleteThey even accused Jesus of casting out demons in the name of Satan. Let me ask you though, who was accusing Jesus of that? Believers or unbelievers. Check yourself.
Good point...
ReplyDeleteBut you were a little bit harsh... let's all be loving one another...
@DivinelyLoved... you've got it right and wrong, accepting the Grammy IMHO will get people to hear about Lecrae and probably eventually to Christ.
@Angelsweet... 666 is the mark of the beast.
@Rob... yeah, be kinder next time :D
Shut...up. Please. Do yourself a favor and look this guy up. Look at his testimony, find his page on wikipedia, and go from there. Like you said, anyone can add bible verse to what they are saying, but Lecrae does much more than that. It sounds like you are paraniod. I dont think you even know who Lecrae is because you think he needs to change his logo because of what YOU see it as and that he needs to deny awards to make YOU feel like he is real and not of the world. Judging by this video and what I've researched, this guy is more real then most people out there, and he sure does a lot for Jesus. Don't let the devil make you focus on something small like a logo or an award and let it make you question everything about Lecrae. That's silly. Look at how many people have been led to Christ by this servant. That is what matters.
ReplyDelete1st off, 666 is the mark of the beast...Rev. 13:18. Secondly, just spitting Bible verses doesn't make him a true follower of Jesus Christ...remember the devil tempted Jesus in the desert by quoting the Bible. Yeah, the enemy doesn't want God to get glory but the Bible tells us that the enemy is the great deceiver and that there will be many false prophets and that's why we need the Holy Spirit to help us discern good from evil. I'm not saying Lecrae is evil, I'm just saying that his actions/behaviour is questionable. Why is he using a symbol/logo that can be easily interpreted as the mark of the beast?? And as for the grammy's, whereas he might not be able to control whether or not he is nominated, he can control whether he attends/accepts...and if he does...then he's really not repping for Jesus Christ because he is conforming to the ways of the world (Jn 15:19, Jn 17:13-16 and Rom 12:2).
ReplyDeleteto be completely honest ever since i heard about this symbolism in the symbol for lecraes logo ive beenexamining it thoroughly and i just cant see the 666 in the symbol... as for the grammy award i really dont see whats wrong with that, its actually a blessing a opotunity to preach Christ at a big place with many unsaved people.. i actually kno a few dudes where i live that go to concerts and witness to the people there.. and just to put it out there Christian artist also get awards.. k drama flame and many others but im done now Grace and Peace
ReplyDelete666 isn't just the beasts number it is also the number of man. we shouldn't be judging for God is the only judge and if its called rehab maybe he is rehabilitating from that number stop finding hidden messages, instead worship God with all your heart and make sure you get saved instead of condeming a person :)
ReplyDeleteYou have no idea what ur talkin about. Christians today do to much sittin back not knowing whats really goin on. The 6's are backwards if you look again
ReplyDeleteThat's what I thought too. Then him getting a grammy just seems so wrong!! I feel that he is being OF this world and nor just IN this world as Jesus commanded us to do.
ReplyDeleteRegardless of what you may think about Lecrae, that logo says 666. Three R's? That doesn't even make sense. There's one R in Rehabilitation. lol Lecrae probably did not design the logo himself, but at this point it doesn't even matter because now he's trying to justify it. I hope it's not true, but it looks to me like Lecrae has sold out.
ReplyDeleteTony well done
ReplyDeleteReally? 666? He clearly said its RRR? It's not like He doesn't spit Bible in all His lyrics. I see how u can be mistaken, but the enemy does not want God to get glory and in through Lecrae's concerts and songs people get saved and turn their lives over which gives God glory....He does not rep the enemy plus 666 is not the mark of the beast check ur word.
ReplyDeleteREV 13
ReplyDelete18Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
Go count!
Is this a joke? there's no explanation here? All I see is 666 ... What is there to explain?
ReplyDeletein what way shape or form do u see a 666? haha. And you can't always expect unbelievers or newborn christians to understand how God annoints certain people to go out and do his work. We leave the critisizing up to God. we just simply sit back and enjoy the music and spread the word :)
ReplyDeleteWell the 3 R's look like the Triquetra and knowing what THAT represents, as a Christian, I would steer clear of anything resembling it for a design. Just keep it simple RRR is good enough.
ReplyDeleteIf it was '666' the sixes are backwards. Just saying.
ReplyDelete
ReplyDeleteWhy is there a need to attack Lecrae and his ministry? Why
do so many of us feel that it is our job, our duty to puff up and point fingers
at one another? Show me where in the Bible you do not fault, because it is then
that anyone of us can throw the first stone. (John 8.)
Did Jesus not say, “Why do you look at the
speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in
your own eye? How
can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all
the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the
plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck
from your brother’s eye.” (Matthew 7:3-5)
You all talk of what you see good or bad in
Lecrae, and I think he would agree with me in saying—what are you doing for the
Lord? Do you spend your time complaining at what another is doing or are you sharing
Christ with those who need it? I do not personally know Lecrae but I know where
his heart is. It’s not about Lecrae, it’s about the God who he (Lecrae) so passionately
loves and worships. The glory is not Lecrae’s—it’s all given to God!
As much as I like Lecrae's music ... I still say that there shouldn't even be any questionable symbolism ... 3 Rs or 3 6s ,,, it could be looked at either way ... BUT, there's more going on here then just whether they're Rs or 6s ... ijs
