It is very simple.You lead by saying, praying, asking and telling God humbly:
"You lead and I will follow because I cannot do it alone. I am not capable of leading my family (church, ministry, etc) without You."That is the only way to be a great leader. Follow God 100%.
Psalms 25:4 - 5 Show me your ways, O LORD, teach me your paths; guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.
