How do you know you are a Christian?

How do you know that you are saved?
Saved? Saved from what? From God's righteous judgement that everyone will be subject to. Ever heard of Judgement Day? It's real. It is coming

So, how do you know that you are on the right narrow path to Heaven? ... To eternal worship and communion, perfect satisfaction and fullness in God's presence?

Here are 3 simple ways to guide you on what God has given you grace to do right, and some others that you and I should trust God to help us overcome:

1. Are you right with God? Do you have Jesus?
This is the single most important thing here. If you have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Saviour and serve Him, then you are right with God. If you haven't, you are not. As a Christian (a Christ follower), you s

2. Are you bearing [Spiritual] fruits:
The Bible says [in Galatians 5:22-23] the fruits of the Spirit, [the Holy Spirit, Who lives in every believer] are: love ♥, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Yeah, if we as believers are not showing signs of [all] these fruits, we need to trust God to give us grace [His unmerited favour, assistance and help to do the impossible through faith in Jesus] to bear and show signs of having all the fruits mentioned that we lack at the moment. If you bear fruits, you are a Christian.

3. Do you desire God?
Do you desire to spend time with God daily? Do you crave God's presence? Do you miss it when for some reason [that is perfectly negligible and avoidable] you don't spend time with God at your usual designated time with God? Do you love what God loves? Basically, are you godly or trying to live more godly? If you answer yes to those questions, you probably are on the right path with God.

Of course, everything I mentioned above is totally worthless compared to God's word and God Himself speaking to you and telling you that you're pleasing Him or that you're not pleasing Him with your lifestyle.

God is telling you [and I], regardless of whether we are saved, Christian or not, to draw closer. Obey.

Christians serve, obey and please God. If you do so, you a Christian.
